Kay has over 25 years of experience in the asset management industry. He joined Perpetual from La Française Systematic Asset Management GmbH, where he served as Managing Director executing the regional sales strategy, business development, and managing key relationships with clients and public bodies. His previous roles include senior positions at AXA Investment Managers and J.P. Morgan Asset Management.
